Raw material mill is the key equipment used for re-grinding the materials after they are crushed and batched. Raw material mill is widely used for grinding all kinds of ores and other grindable materials in such production industries as cement, silicate product, new building material, refractory and glass and ceramics. Through the long time of exploration and summary in the design and production process, our company has formed series of products with different specifications and various types that can satisfy different crushing requirements.
The cylinder adopts new types of classification lining boards and standard ladder-shaped lining boards, which increases the grinding surface area of the materials and makes the classification effect better and follow-up maintenance and changes easier. The new type of partition structure adopts adjustable lifting board and fixed lifting board, which is easy to install and maintain.
The rotation of the nether millstone drives the grinding roll to rotate, and the materials will move to the edge of the nether millstone under the eccentric force and will be meshed to the bottom of the grinding roll and crushed. The rotational speed of the nether millstone is very high, so that after the materials go into the nether millstone, they are not only crushed under the roll, but pushed to the edge and across the retention ring and will fall into the vane. Then the materials will be lifted by the high-speed airflow, and big-sized particles will fall back to the nether millstone, and small-sized particles will brought by the airflow into the separator. Under the rotating fan blade, the small-sized particles will be separated, and the coarse powders will be returned to the nether millstone for regrinding and qualified powders will be brought out of the mill with the airflow.
