Cement mill is one of the main cement making machines, and at the same time, it is also the key equipment for grinding the materials after they are crushed and plays a crucial role in cement production line and cement making process flow.
Cement miller is widely used for the dry type and wet type grinding of all kinds ores and other grindable materials in such production industries as cement, silicate product, new building material, refractory, fertilizer, ferrous and non-ferrous metal beneficiation and glass and ceramics industry.
Cement mill has high powder grinding efficiency, high output and low electricity consumption and it has outstanding performance especially when grinding slag cement. Compared with common grinding mills, its output is 15-20% higher and electricity consumption is 10% lower. In addition, the temperature of the final products can be reduced by 20-40℃ and the fineness of the final products is easy to be adjusted.
Materials are directly fed by the scraper-trough conveyer of the feeder machine into the coarse grinding bin of the cylinder of the grinding mill, and crushed on the impacting and grinding force of the grinding media whose average diameter is large. The materials that are crushed to a certain granularity will go into the compound type partition board through the gap between the coarse serene boards of the partition boards, and the grinding media of the coarse grinding cabin is blocked by the coarse screening board of the partition board. The materials are further screened and analyzed by the fine partition board in the compound partition board, and the coarse materials will be screened out and returned to coarse grinding cabin; and the fine materials smaller than the size of the fine screening board will be lifted by the lifting board to go into the find grinding cabin, inside which they are further ground by small grinding media. The materials reaching the fineness requirement will go into the discharging device through the discharging grating bar and discharging cylinder and finally will be discharged and go into the high efficiency powder concentrator for powder classification. The residue of the finely-grounded grinding media is discharged from the deslagging mouth of the discharging device.
