Stirring tank, which can also be called bucket mixer, agitation vat and mixing barrel, is made of stainless steel material and equipped with mobile washer, which is conducive to material feeding. The stirring main shaft can adopt fixed rotating speed or frequency control of motor speed according to the requirement of the users, and this mixing barrel has even mixing, no precipitation and buildup and can realize the even mixing of the pulp.

The bucket mixer is suitable for various types of metal ores, and it is mainly used for the material stirring before the flotation separation to fully mix the reagent and ore pulp and also for the material stirring of other non-metallic minerals.

The pneumatic diaphragm pump uses compressed air as the power source, so that this machine can be used for conveying materials with high content of strong abrasive particles to realize the extraction and conveyance of the pulp. It adopts circulating filtration pipeline system which can separately realize the three functions of ore pulp filtration, ore pulp output and ethane glycol input. When the machine works, the materials inside the machine will move back and force under the effect of the rotor and the buildup and propeller will drive the materials to rotate along the internal wall of the chute, to reach soft, fast and even mixing.
