Roll crusher, which can also be called roller crusher, teeth roller crusher or double roll crusher, is mainly used for the medium crushing and fine crushing of raw materials such as coal, coal gangue, coke, limestone, sulfur ore and phosphate ore. The crushing method of roller crusher is roller extrusion type, and the compression strength of the materials to be crushed should not exceed 80MPa.

The main working part of double roll crusher is the two rollers parallelly installed on the two horizontal shafts. After the materials that are fed into the crushing chamber are rolled and crushed by the roller, they will go into the material picking hopper through the gap between the two rollers, and adjusting this gap can change the discharging granularity.
Roller crusher can be not only independently used to complete the crushing process, but combined with other crushing machines. Then it is advisable to consider convenience and facilitation. In addition, roller crusher should be installed in a place with good ventilation and with shelters.
