Cone crusher is suitable for crushing raw materials in metallurgy, construction, road paving and silicate industry, and it can be used for crushing all kinds of ores and rocks with medium and over medium hardness. Cone crushers have such advantages of big crushing ratio, high efficiency, low energy consumption and even product granularity.
1. Deep crushing chamber, continuous working, high production capacity and low unit electricity consumption.
2. Stable working condition, light vibration and small foundation weight of the equipment. The foundation weight of the cone breaker is generally 1/2~1/3 of that of common crusher.
3. Cone breaker can realize full feeding and large-sized cone breaker can be directly fed into raw ore, without ore storage bin and ore feeder.
The electric motor drives the cone to swing forced by the eccentric sleeve by the transmission through transmission shaft, making the materials inside the crushing chamber constantly impacted, squeezed and bent to reach the material crushing goal.
