Sand maker can also be called artificial sand maker, and at present it has replaced traditional sand making machines such as hammer crusher, roll crusher and rod mill and become the main equipment of the artificial sand making industry. The artificial sand maker produced by our company is widely used for the fine crushing of such materials as all kinds of ores, cement, refractory, bauxite, and emery and glass raw materials.

When sand maker is working, the materials vertically fall from the upper part of the machine into the impeller rotating with high speed. Under the high-speed eccentric force, some parts of the materials will have high-speed impact and crush with the part of the materials that are distributed around the impeller in the form of umbrella. After the materials hit with each other, they will also have mutual impact and friction in the space between the impeller and the machine shell, and then they will be crushed and discharged from the bottom, thus forming a multiple closed-circuit cycle, and screening machine will be used to control the required granularity of the final products.
