High pressure grinding mill is widely used for grinding non-flammable and non-explosive non-metallic materials whose Moh’s hardness is below 9.3 and humidity less than 6% such as barite, limestone, ceramics and slag. High pressure grinding mill is mainly composed of main engine, air blower, superfine analyzer, cyclone powder collector for final products, bag-type dust collector and connection air hoses.
1. On the condition of the same power, compared with other types of grinder mills, its output is improved by 10-20% and the grinding pressure of the grinding roll on the materials is improved by 800-1200kg under the effect of high pressure spring.
2. The mineral materials whose Moh’s hardness is below 9.3 can be processed and crushed.
3. The granularity ranges of the final products are wide. The coarsest particle diameter can reach 0.613mm, the particle diameter is generally 0.033mm and some materials can reach as fine as 0.013mm.
4. The dust collecting effect completely reaches the national powder dust emission standard.
5. The adjustment of the analyzer is convenient.
6. The grinding device adopts eclipsed-form multi-level sealing, and the sealing performance is excellent.
After the materials to be ground go into the grinding chamber, they are scooped up by the scraper knife to the space between the grinding roll and the grinding ring to be ground. The ground powders are brought by the recirculating air of the air blower to the analyzer, and the qualified fine powders will go with the airflow into the cyclone powder collector to become final products, and the big-sized materials will fall back to the mill to be ground again. The recirculating air will return to the air blower to repeat the process, and the rest air will go into the bag-type dust collector to be cleaned.
