1.The essential operating points of the air admission in the kiln tail
the temperature of the waste gas in the kiln tail is about 350 degrees, and the oxygen content is 4%, among the resting most of them are inert gases. The coal powder preparation is finished in the inert gases, so the oxidation and heating of the coal powder is slow and not easy to combust itself spontaneously. The temperature and amount of the wind is stable in the kiln tail. So the air admission in the kiln tail is beneficial to the safe production and stable operation. On the contrary, the raw material mill requires the big wind and low wind temperature (200 degrees). In general, the waste gas can be utilized by the raw material mill after the cooling treatment with humidifier tower.
The specific essential operating points of the air admission in the kiln tail:
a. When the rotary kiln is started, the feeding should be kept at about 200t/h. Because at this time the wind is small, while the temperature is high, the production can be a little smaller.
b. When the kiln stops, the milling equipment should be stopped timely and the temperature of the discharging opening should also be controlled reasonably.
c. The oxygen content should be controlled precisely.
d. Use cold wind as little as possible.
e. Reduce the wind leakage of the system.
f. When starting and stopping the raw material mill, keep its impacts to the coal grinding system in mind.
2.The essential operating points of the air admission in the kiln head
a. When the rotary kiln is started, the feeding should be kept at 200t/h. Because at this time the wind is small and the temperature is low, the proportion of the hot wind should be increased.
b. When the kiln is stopped for a short time, the wind temperature is high, while the wind amount is not enough. We could reduce the production at this time.
c. When there are many dusty clinkers, the specific heat of the waste gas decreases, while the sensible heat increases. Keep an eye on the changing of the discharging opening temperature.
d.If the secondary air is sufficient, making the increasing kiln head pressure. We should enlarge the cold wind or hot wind baffle and regulate the secondary air.
